Construction Phase - Week 2

24-30 July 2022 

We picked up several long lead items this week on a roadtrip to Montreal.
We got the exterior veneer for the houseboat, six 36" x 32" x 120" floats, our bathroom vanity and tub and a brand new aluminum trailer.

After leveling the trailer, the scaffold rails (off which the houseboat is launched) were attached to the trailer...

and braced

so that it was ready to have the 4 platform sections placed on top.
Here you see platform section #3 being set in place.

Then platform sections #2 and #1 followed

and finally platform section #4 was set in place.
